Welcome to the Kamnik-Savinja Alps!

Between June 20th and September 13th, we invite you to explore our mountain corners sustainably by electric van – and completely free of charge! The service operates daily, twice a day – in one direction in the morning, and the reverse in the afternoon.

Please plan your trip in advance, as the van capacity is limited to 8 passengers, and seat reservations (including the return journey) are mandatory. If you are travelling with a bicycle, a pet, or wish to get off at an intermediate point, please call us – we are happy to adapt! We also kindly ask you to notify us of any cancellations in due time to make the seats available to other passengers.

Less stress. More nature. The Kamnik-Savinja Alps will thank you!

It is a circular route with an electric vehicle that allows you to get on and off at designated stops along the route. In the morning, the vehicle travels in one direction, and in the afternoon, it goes in the opposite direction – so you can easily return to your starting point. The route circles through the municipalities of Kamnik, Komenda, Cerklje na Gorenjskem, Preddvor, Jezersko, Solčava, and Luče. Stops are marked on the map and visible on the timetable.

The transport service is available twice daily – in one direction in the morning and in the opposite direction in the afternoon, every day between June 20 and September 13. You can find the timetable on this page.

You can easily reserve your ticket via this online platform. Please make your reservation at least one day in advance, by 6 PM at the latest, as the number of seats is limited. Tickets can only be purchased online; it is not possible to buy tickets on the vehicle.

The electric shuttle service operates between June 20 and September 13 and is completely free of charge for all visitors.

Boarding and alighting are possible at several marked stops along the circular route. Stops are clearly marked on the map and recognizable by posters reading “Hop on – Hop off stop” with the stop name. For additional information, you can always contact local Tourist Information Centers (TIC), where they will gladly assist you.

This is not a classic Hop On–Hop Off with unlimited boarding and alighting throughout the day. Only two trips are available daily – once in the morning in one direction and once in the afternoon in the opposite direction. This means you can board and alight a maximum of two times per day. We recommend planning your trip in advance according to the timetable.

Yes. The electric vehicle is comfortable, safe, and accessible for all generations – ideal for families with children, seniors, and anyone looking for a relaxed way to explore nature.

Small personal luggage such as backpacks and hiking poles are allowed. For larger equipment (e.g., bicycles), please contact us in advance to check space availability and transport possibilities.

Yes, pets are allowed with prior arrangement. The owner must provide an appropriate transport carrier (e.g., a transport box).

If you miss the transport, unfortunately, it cannot be replaced as only one other trip is available in the opposite direction. We recommend arriving at the stop at least 10 minutes before departure.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
